The Blue Lamp Trust help fund local disability charity
The Blue Lamp Trust, in partnership with its sponsor ExxonMobil, has donated £1,450 to local disability support charity Parentlink.
Beau Fisk, Business Manager of The Blue Lamp Trust, and Angharad Vaughan, Community Affairs Adviser at ExxonMobil, Fawley, presented the cheque to Parentlink founder and project manager Samantha Nash at its youth centre, ‘Colors’, in Holbury.
Angharad said: “ExxonMobil at Fawley are very proud to be working with The Blue Lamp Trust to support the very important work of the Bobby Scheme here in West Hampshire.
“We are delighted that The Blue Lamp Trust are able to make such a worthy donation to Parentlink. It is an excellent local support organisation that fully deserves this grant.”
Beau added: “We are delighted to support this worthwhile charity that provides help and assistance for so many local families.”
Parentlink provides help and support to parents and their additional needs children. Its experienced and dedicated staff engage with the children’s families, offering activities, support and respite, advice and assistance in their everyday lives.
